This is an example of a male Ghanaian fraudster who used a US Military personnel picture to extort a middle-aged woman.  Most of these scams came from African Countries. African men who use stolen pictures to prey on weak hearts. They pose as White Men or even White Woman who wants to have a date with young or middle-aged men.
